FIRST TIME SHOPPERS

PAYMENT
You have 5 HOURS BEFORE AN ITEM EXPIRES in your cart from when you claim, so be sure to pay within that time, in order to not be put on the naughty pineapple list! Repeated expirations and removals from cart will result in being banned. 

You can check out with PayPal (as a member or as a guest), or with Sezzle (allowing you to pay over time with no interest)!

SHIPPING
1. $6.99 Flat Rate shipping for any order under $200- with 24 hours of free shipping after, so you won’t have to be charged again if you decide to add something, or get a waitlist item!

2. Orders of $199 or more will get FREE SHIPPING! Please note this is an after coupon subtotal minimum of $199

Pay for shipping on your order and you’ll get FREE SHIPPING on any new orders you place within 24 hours! Keep ordering at least every 24 hours and you could ALWAYS HAVE FREE SHIPPING!

Orders ship within 5-7 business days from when payment is received.

You must have the address input correctly when you check out, for where you want the order sent. We cannot ship to other addresses.

Canadian shipping is different, please contact helpapineapple@gmail.com with questions.

 

RETURNS
Orders cannot be changed or modified after checkout. 

If you need to cancel your order before it ships out a 20% restocking fee will be applied. 

You have 5 calendar days to initiate a return for an item, from the date you received it, in order to be eligible for a store credit. 

In order to return your item(s), please send an email to helpapineapple@gmail.com with details of your return request and advise that you wish to return the item. A Pineapple by DBS representative will respond to your email within 24-72 hours with authorization to return and details to return the item(s). You will be responsible for the cost of shipping any return item(s) back to us.

The following conditions will apply to all returned items: 

  • Return and/or cancellation request on orders in which Sezzle payment was used will have a 6% fee deducted from their return/cancel balance to cover the fees Pineapple by DBS incurred from Sezzle. Once your order has been submitted with Sezzle those fees are non refundable to us from Sezzle, regardless of returns or cancellations.
  • We ask that customers try to keep returns to a maximum of one item per week.
  • No returns are allowed on jewelry, accessories (including barrettes), home items, bath/body products or sale items of any kind.
  • All returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, free of smoke or odors, free of bodily fluids and any other item(s) which would render the article(s) as used, damaged or not in a manner in which it was received to you from Pineapple by DBS, as a new, unused item(s). Any item(s) returned in the above conditions will be documented and correspondence will be sent to you advising the items are non returnable items with a request for shipping charges back to you to be paid by you within 7 days or the item(s) will be donated and no refund shall be issued.
  • You are responsible for keeping tracking info for the return being sent in, in case it is lost en route and is not received here at the warehouse.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final on International orders. 
  • In the event that we are contacted over a period of office closure (holidays, etc), it may take longer for us to get back to you about return approval, but as long as you have contacted us in the required time frame, you will not be impacted by delays on our end.
  • Account balance from a return can be viewed and accessed at pineapplebydbs.commentsold.com
